for example a man has windows xp installed he goes everyday in his office open microsoft acces ,apdate the database save and exit
and once winodws reported that system.dll is missing and windows cannot start ,
this happened that windows create a problems for himself
esp. in Windows ME

windows me is with out question the biggest piece of @*#*# microsoft ever made and i pray that your not using it in a office enviroment , if you are you are just asking for trouble , upgrade to windows xp pro AT ONCE

Windows is not self destructive - Windows, regardless of how many millions of lines of programming is always limited to these programmed functions.
All I am saying is that Windows will ONLY ever carry out the process that it is asked to do. Hence it is normally the result of end user error that a pc system is corrupted.

Sometimes i think it's true take for instace every couple of years you have to install a new version of internet explorer which takes up more space and then you keep getting more patches which you dare not remove as an old virus or trojan will still hit you so eventually you just run out of space and have to buy a new machine sad but true thegeekman
