I want to get a permanent, but I don't know how they do it! Can you please explain it to me?

They roll your hair on perm rods,(the size of the rod depends on the size of the curl you want) then they squirt a chemical solution on your hair. Depending on what kind of perm the stylist gives you, you will have to wait in the chair or be placed under a drier for the perm to process. The chemical changes the structure of your hair follicle and makes it take the shape of the rod. Your hair is then rinsed and a solution called a neutralizer is put on your hair. This doesn't take very long, you leave it on around 10 minutes. It stops the processing from the first solution. You really can't do it by yourself. It takes putting all your hair into plastic rollers with end wraps so that them stay smooth. Then applying the solution and waiting for the curls to develop. Then yo have to rinse out the solution then remove the rollers. It's a somewhat tedious task but if you want curly hair that it what has to be done.

they put a strong mix on your hair like a hair colour, than curl your hair on special curlers and you have to sit for some time, till it's developed.But it's very bad for you.Don't torture your hair.I'm sure the hair you were born with is the best for you.It's beautiful and unique,it just has to be healthy and clean.Go buy some vitamins and strong hair repairing cream, trim your hair regularly, to avoid split ends.The long term caring for your hair is more difficult, but more rewarding.try it first

lots of tiny curling rods and then they put stinky potion on let it sit and then waaalaaaa...curly,stinky hair...cant wash right away have to put up with smell for a while.be careful,ive had my hair burnt and then your hair needs to get it cut out very sad...tramatic
