It sounds to me like she is bored and just using you to pass the time. Now, maybe I am wrong, and she really is busy, she can't remember anything, but I would be confused too. Some girls can be misleading, just like a guy sometimes, so, just ask her straight out if she really likes you and would like to go out with you? Watch her body language, and the way she speaks to you. Is she talking right into your eyes? Does she seem sincere when speaking? Be very observant. Good luck!
