Would appreciate response from Canary owners only.

Well I have 3 Canaries and I feed them lettuce, (not Romain lettuce though, it can give them the trotts) shredded carrots, little pre - cut pieces of apples, cantaloupe, watermelon (pick out seeds first) and some other fruits. You can also feed them millet, and you can give them cuttlebone to sharpen their beaks. Don't EVER feed them avocados, because that can make them very sick.
I suggest you keep only feeding them canary seed, like you are because seed made for other birds isn't as healthy, and doesn't give them as much nutrition.
Don't feed them coffee beans, and what the person above me said either.

if i may say your never going to get a good response by demanding but here is my response:

you can feed them fruits and vegies millet cuddle bones mineral blocks popcorn and corn pretty much anything you eat but make sture it has no presevertives no pestasides and no chemicals so just remeber keep it natureal

Foods not to give them:

chocolate coffie beans sunflower seeds peanuts avacado and stuff that is salty or oily like chips or pretezels
