if i wake up in the morning do a 20 minutes exercise then have a big healthy breakfast will that speed up my metabolism?

Yes definitely! Your metabolism speeds up every time you eat, that's why they say you should eat every 3-4 hours and exercising helps you digest better. If you don't eat your body go's into starvation mood and it stores the fat cells in your body and makes it harder to lose that fat, so eating small healthy meal every 3-4 hours is very good for losing weight and speeding up your metabolism.
