Im currently taking effexor75mg.,xanax 1mg 3 times a day and 145mg of methadone a day I want to know side effects or dangers of combining the 3. and some feedback ,I've been on xanax (4) -3 yrs and methadone for 4 yrs but I just started the effexor 3 days ago.

it shouldnt be an issue,a little nausea and feelin tired for a few weeks. 1mg xanax would not do anything for you anymore after 3 years. methodone as a general rule wont interact with anything.

This is a question for your doctor or pharmacist. One of the things you might want to discuss is tapering off the methadone. You might also want to consider counseling to see if it could help with your anxiety and depression

Are you seeing a psychiatrist or a family doctor? After 8 years of multiple prescriptions for depression and anxiety I finally went to a psychiatrist and wad diagnosed bipolar. I'm only on one prescription now. Talk to a health professional about the drug interactions. They're the ones who know.

i take baby asprin 81mgs 1x daily,valium 10mgs 4x daily,Lyrica 50mgs 4x daily,folic acid(B12) 1x daily,Pottassium 1x daily that don't include night time meds i take
