How and Where in the UK can I make photocopy of one page which is 100CM x 70CM. I want to copy it in one sheet not many sheets if possible?

Use A3 photocopier to copy the sections or go to a professional copier and get them to do this. It might be better to minmise it and fit it to more standard size if you need mass copies.

I'd suggest you go to a specialist high street printing/repro shop - they often have large format copiers which might do the job for you. try Printing.com or Kallkwik, or someone like that.
