if you are referring to the passover cup that jesus used, most were made of silver, not lead. this was a jewish vessel, not a roman one.

heavily doubt the Holy Grail replace into made up of lead or lead lined. there might have been different components used had the Holy Grail been an particularly merchandise -- which in my view I doubt.

It would not have mattered, it was used by the Lord Jesus Christ who could not be poisoned or who was not sick. The only way He could die was on the cross. And at His own choosing.
