I heard that sticking to one shampoo make your hair more greasy because it gets used with that shampoo.

Yes, I think it's a good idea to switch shampoos after using one full bottle. I believe that shampoo and conditioner, gels, mousse and other products get built-up on your hair and scalp, and switching shampoos helps to prevent and remove that build-up.

Find two (or more, if you'd like) shampoos that work well on your hair type, and alternate regularly. An intense conditioning treatment once a week helps maintain healthy hair too, especially if you use a hair dryer, other heated styling tools, and chemicals on your hair. Always rinse well after using conditioner, and end the rinse with cool/cold water.... makes it shine! I use a silicone-based repair and shine product daily (like Sun Glitz). Trim the ends regularly too. All these things make for a beautiful head of hair!

I think it is good to have two or three types in your house. That way you can tell what your hair is doing. Sometimes my hair is dry that day I need to shampoo and so I use one that seems to say moisturize or if I see my head is oily that day I use one that has a stripper or sometimes called a clarifier especially after alot of product the night before. If I have nothing wrong I use my fave but sometimes you just need to look at what your body is saying and not just rely on one product/

It is said that the best way to have healthy hair is to choose one good shampoo that suits your hair and use it for longest possible time. the reason I think is becuase hair roots ar very sensitive and get along with a specific one and if you change it you will lose those hair roots which had gotten used to that specific type of shampoo.

Sometimes. Like if you swim in a pool, it's good to occasionally use a clarifing (stripping) shampoo to strip the chlorine off...but at the same time, such a shampoo might be too rough for daily use.

Or use something different if your hair starts getting too oily or not oily enough...

well, depending on the shampoo you are already using. If the one you are currently using is not workign for you then change it and try something else. But it is not very good to change your shampoo all the time. So if you can stick to the on eyou are alreday using, sick to it:)

No. Stick to one shampoo.

I hardly ever change mine... I always use Dove...it's nice and clean and leaves your hair very soft. I find many other shampoos and conditioners to be way too runny.

Yes change every time, reason being that your head doesnt get used to the exact chemcal composition becuase if it does your the effectiveness of cleaning is not 100%

Just rotate between every month

That is a decision that only you can make. If something work good, why go looking for something else?
