The car drivers see the buses as a nuisance because they are bigger than cars and they have to give way to them. They think that if they shout abuse at the bus passengers, fewer people will use the buses and that will mean fewer buses.
Unfortuately these motorists are not very bright, because if they did their sums they would realise that fewer buses on the roads means more cars, and that means more congestion, more delays and more hassle finding parking places, in other words all the things they complain about apart from buses.

It is an easy target should they yell want a ride or keep there faces shut and mind there own buisness is it funny to pay 20000 for a car and reck the planet Hail To the buss riders for saving the planet hope there cars break down

The ones that do it are the ones that have low self-esteem and have nothing better to do than insult "smaller people." A piece of self-propelled metal gives them the sense of immunity and king-ship. It's sad really that these individuals have nothing better to do.
Basically it boils down to this: Low self-esteem will make people belittle people they think are at a disadvantage, similar to bullies in grade school. They are the ones with low self-esteem so they pick on others to make themselves feel good and important. Sad...really sad.

It's probably the same stupid people that throw projectiles out of their moving vehicles at pedestrians.These stupid people need to be eradicated by natural selection so there is less stupid people populating our planet.

Because they have better sense of humor! People waiting for bus are stupid cuz' they can take the subway instead. Oh well, I guess let them do what they want. I won't flip fingers on them anymore.
