DONT pick them! Don't use proactiv either. I used to use it and it only works while you use it. If you stop your acne comes back ten times worse. Drink a lot of water. Your acne could be caused by some sort of chemical inbalance. Acne pops up when skin is either too dry or too oily. Proactiv balances them. If you're using a product with Salicylic acid in it (spelling error?) then try applying an oil-free moisturizer to your face (sparingly) after washing your face. Proactiv is worth it if you can keep on affording it. With me, that wasn't the case.

I don't know how bad your acne is but from personal experience I can tell you accutane works. It has to be prescribed by a dermatologist but it has great results...you do have to be super careful not to get pregnant because it will cause birth defects. It is also recommended that you wait at least 6 months to 1 year to get pregnant after the treatments. I saw a huge difference in my complexion after just one month of using it and would totally recommend it to anyone out there that has tried everything out there and just can't get rid of that acne that keeps coming back. Good luck!

For a quick acne fix, you can grind up 2 aspirin, mix with a tiny bit of water, to make it into a sort of paste, then put on pimples. It really worked for me (: Also, don't pick your acne!! Try a face wash with Benozyl Peroxide, its kinda harsh, so don't use it much, or Salicylic Acid... It's a bit nicer to your skin... Benozyl can make your skin peel, so be careful. Alsooo, try putting Tea Tree Oil on acne after you wash your skin... If your skin is oily, put some lemon juice on a tissue, and rub it on your face. It dries us the oil, and makes your face less shiny.
So thats it. Good Luck!!
