Periodic chest Xrays are best for you if you want to know the status of your Tb. PPD testing is also used to assess the presence of Tb.

The white particles can be tiny sputum drops or phlegm. Sneezing could be more due to allergies. In any case, it is a good idea to go back to the doctor and get a medical check up done. Normally cough with sputum is the indication but why take chances?

T B presents with fever, cough with sputum, loss of appetite, weight loss and general ill- health. Sneezing is not a sign of TB. It is a sign of allergy. Get an X ray chest done and also sputum staining for TB bacillus, if you have productive cough (with sputum). Otherwise, you should be treated for allergy. How long were you treated previously, and what tests were done for diagnosis?
See a chest physician.

Not a sign of TB. If you have lost weight or have a low grade fever at night, those would be signs of TB.

(Since you have already had TB, you would NEVER get the PPD test again. A person who has been positive to the test but never had TB should never have the test again).
