I am sorry to hear of your loss. It sounds like you cried when your dad passed away. That is fine. It's called grieving. It means well that you are going through a process of letting go sort of. Sadness is one of the emotions you will experience along with many others. Give yourself time. And just know that its okay to feel sad and mad and everything you are but also that there will be brighter days ahead.

I am not sure what you are asking. If you want to know why you cried, I guess it was because you loved your father, and the sadness started a chemical and emotional reaction. I gather you have never cried before. In that respect I don't know what to say.
But except my sympathy and the passing of your father.

Is this a serious question? I'll give you a serious answer. Maybe because he actually was your father!! Or maybe you wasn't ready for his death...Sounds like normel reaction to me. You know men also cry sometimes

sometimes when we are very sad we unconsciously try to stop our emotions.
or sometimes because of he great shock this happens...
but you must have cried after some day....this our psychology says...
if not then let there be one output for your emotions...

really good question, the Bible tells us to be happy when someone we love dies, they are going to a better place, but I have found it really imposable not to cry when someone I love dies
