All humans are evalutioned from common predesscors only. So all human are one in all ways. But in nature it didn't so. Because

1) Stong enough will always dominant the less enough. this is the basic concept from which all other difference growing one by one.

2) In earlier times the strong one decised some rule for his beneficial purposes such as caste, groups, ethnics and so on. this further aggravates the difference between peoples.

3) todays world is made up of number groups like above. Each one has its own regulations from thier birth onwards. it is very difficult to change these things suddenly since they are practicing these thing habitually. habitualization makes some hard imprints on thier own brain. so they feel hesitation to change their attitude.

the only remeady is
edugate the all peoples
discard all types of differntiating formalities in every government in terms of caste, orgin and so on.
if this happends for another 20 years sequentially all will feel the commoness.
but in reality it is very difficult one.

Someone in an accusatory manner referred to Mohammed e as a Muslim. He didn't say if he is or is not a Muslim. The name doesn't make one a Muslim. There are Christians and other non-believers in Allah that have the name Mohammed as well as there are individuals with Anglo-Saxon names that ARE Muslim.
If more of us would state our given names we would find that many with so-called Biblical names do not believe in God or religion at all or are against any belief in any God or religion.
I don't think he being or not being a Muslim has anything to do with the answer to his question of why humans don't realize that they are all one.
Having said that, I don't believe that humans ARE ALL ONE.
I need help from you Bible scholars.
I have been unable to find the Scripture(s) supporting what I am about to say.
I remember reading in the Bible that some (disobedient) angels came to Earth and mated and produced offspring with human females.
I also recall reading that Jesus, while speaking to some wrongdoers, told them, '...you are of your father the Devil'.
Is my memory correct?
That would mean that there is progeny of disobedient angels AND Satan living here on Earth to this very day.
Albeit, the females that Satan, if he did, and those angels mated with were human, IMO, there would STILL be something in the genetic makeup of some of us that would identify one as being descendant from those disobedient angels and Satan.
Keep in mind that Satan is a disobedient angel as well and like EVERYTHING IN CREATION, WAS CREATED AND OR MADE BY GOD.
It is my opinion that SOME OF US are progeny of Shaitan and other disobedient angels and some of us are direct descendants of Adam and Eve.

the very state of being 'human' is the main reason people do not realise we are One. Incarnation into the human form is a precious and invaluable teaching tool but it comes at a price and the price is to forget that we are One, that we are facets of God and as such we can be nothing but ONE.

All human beings are the offspring of one couple Adam & Eve. They are one and equal. Christianity & Islam religions taught it very strictly. If one considers some other inferior or inequal, he will disobey his religion. Naturally Islam has only two categories:: believers & non believers, who can never be one and equal.
Hinduism is not a religion. It is a custom, culture, tradition and way of Hindus lives. Verses 40-47 Chapter-18 of The Holy Bhagavad Gita are copies below:
""""There is no being existing on the Earth, in the celestial spheres or in any universal planetary system which is free from the influence of these three modes of born of material nature. O Arjuna, the activities of the brahmanas, ksatriyas, vaisyas and sudras are clearly divided according to the qualities born of their own nature. The actions of a brahmana arising from his own nature are serenity, self-control, austerity, purity, tolerance, honesty, knowledge of the Vadas, wisdom and firm faith. The actions of a Ksatriya born of his own nature are heroism, exuberance, determination, resourcefulness, without trace of cowardice in battle, generosity and leadership. The actions of a vaisya born of his own nature are agriculture, cow protection and trade, also the actions of a sudra born of his own nature consists in service to brahmanas, ksatriyas and vaisyas. Following each his own activity, a man achieves finally perfection, now hear how he performer of action prescribed according to qualification attains perfection. From whom is the existence of all living entities, by whom all this is pervaded, through worshipping Him, by ones own actions prescribed according to qualification a man achieves perfection. Ones righteous duty imperfectly done is better than another’s duty done perfectly; by performing actions predicated according to ones own nature sinful one does not incur sinful reactions. Actions prescribed according to ones nature must not be given up. O Arjuna, even if defective; since all endeavors are covered with defects as fire is covered by smoke."""
Thus Hinduism commanded division of people in 4 categories (varnas). Their are hundreds of castes in each varna in different locations. Every Hindu is born in his caste by nature. Castes cannot be changed. A Hindus worship & prayer is the job of his caste alone and nothing else. If he violates, he will not attain perfection (Moksha) and will take thousands rebirths in different species. People not included in these 4 varnas are untouchables and are treated worst then animals. In true teachings of Hinduism all human beings are thus not equal.

Unaware of the real Hinduism, its teachings and scripts, some modern Hindus proudly claim without any reading/study that equality prevails in Hinduism.

Because we are all not one in the material sphere.
Everyone is an individual with different languages, countries, ideas, tastes, natures, qualities etc. . . So there is no question of realizing they are all one.
