i was preganant with my parters baby and he got removed to jamaica, i have now had the baby and would like to try and get him back into the uk how can i go about doing this.

You surely must realise that, if he has been deported, he ain't coming back legally. I understand your prediciment but we really do NOT want any more illegals, especially those that have been deported.

Your best bet is to go and live in Jamaica with him. After all, you chose him to father your child.

I rather suspect you won't, though. I also suspect that he won't be paying for the upkeep of both you and your child.

I reckon I know who WILL be doing it - me and all the other tax payers - as usual.

Travel to Jamaica, officially marry him, then you come back to UK on your own, then your future husband, still in jamaica, can apply on a new legal passport to the Brtish Embassy in Jamaica to enter the UK as SPOUSE . He will definitely get entry.
I sincerely hope that you succeed and live happily....
