Hi,
I have been using Isagenix for about a year. I started with a 9 day program. But, depending on your health a 30 day may be better.
The 30 is a "gentler" cleanse with all the same products as the 9 day. I recommend the 30 day because it easier to change your habits over 30 days than 9 or 10.
As for other benefits,
I sleep like a baby...no lie. I had pretty bad insomnia b4.
I have more energy, mental clarity and no more aches and pains in my knees. I actually started to exercise again! I have a 4 year old boy so the energy comes in handy. Really the weight loss is a side benefit to cleansing the toxins.
The list goes on...

I dont know if you can lose that much at such a short time. Technically in two weeks you should only be losing 2 pounds or so. Since a healthy weight loss is only 1 pound per week. I think you took a little too long to start. Anyway for the water weight, you can take a diuretic also avoid foods that are salty and high in sodium. Excercise and eat properly (no sugar, nothing fried, battered, smothered in oil)

You might be able to take of 5 in 2 weeks... but not 10...
You can try this:
For the next 2 weeks, no Fruit, no bread, no nuts, no dairy
Take a multi vitamin every day (unless for some reason you can't) 2 EFA's, 1000mg Vit C
Breakfast
3 egg whites 1/2 cup plain oatmeal (you can sweeten with splenda)
Snack
low carb protein drink (but not high fat)
Lunch
4 oz protein (chick, tuna, or turkey) and green veg
1/2 cup rice or 4 oz sweet potato
snack
can of tuna
Dinner
4 oz prot, and green veg
Snack
Low carb prot drink
drink 3 liters of water every day
and walk 60 minutes per day (or elliptical trainer)
Circuit weight train every day. Switch upper and lower workouts.
Cut out the salt, and that will help flush out the extra water.
I am not a big believer in thebody wraps and stuff.. save your money and spend it on a personal trainer that will kick your butt!!!
I did this diet before a trip to Mexico, and I looked fantastic!!

Eat healthy, lot of fruit vegetables, and dint eat anything heavy 2hours before going to sleep, for dinner dint eat much just a yogurt and a fruit. Where ever you have to go if you can go walking do it, or instead of getting the lift use the stairs. Drink lot of water. Dint eat salty things, ccos tht would retain water.. 4get about alcohol, and sodas,
GOOD luck ;) and have fun in MEXICO :p
