Check your blood pressure. It should be normal for your age. You can go to many excellent websites to learn what is 'normal'.

One I would recommend is: http://www.mayoclinic.com

Headache and blurry vision is a sign of something not right, usually an indication of blood not flowing or it is exerting too much force on the capillaries inside your brain and your eyes.

How old are you? How long has this been? If it is recently occuring, then get yourself a BP monitor from your pharmacy. They sell for about $50 to $75. Some pharmacies have free BP checking machines. You may want to use that.

Don't always think of the worst. Best solutions are right at hand. It can be solved with some lifestyle changes, such as deep breathing for 15 minutes everyday.

I also get a lot of headaches. But when I get a migraine I get problems with my vision. This can be blurred vision, flashing in one eye or tunnel vision.

I ended up getting special medication. Now when I feel a migraine coming on I take a tablet, and 9/10 times it stops it from progressing any further.

Hope this helps.

That's how I was before I was diagnosed with glaucoma. Nothing to worry about excessively though. It is controlled by eye-drops every night.
Best to get it checked out though at an opticians. They have equipment to measure the pressure of the fluid within the eye ball. It doesn't hurt.

Get the eyes checked, for sure. When I get a migraine, it effects my vision in a major way, except it see flashes of light & black spots. Call your dr. asap & get in to have this checked out. Any new symptom with chronic headaches needs to be checked.
