If AVG could 'heal' those files, they would not be in the virus vault. Obviously, AVG can't heal them and you can't use them without re-infecting your computer.
It is highly doubtful that those files are really system files used by any programs. Once quarantined in the vault, the files can no longer be used by programs and the affected programs won't work. If everything still work fine, it means that those files are not needed or used at all and can be erased.
If some programs are affected, you probably have to unistall and re-install the programs concerned.

try running a scan in safe mode... turn ur system off, when it starts up, start taping the f8 key, choose safe mode, then run it in safe mode and see if it will let u remove it there... If not... search google on the specific virus it found for removal tips... 1 tip tho... DONT DOWNLOAD REMOVAL TOOLS.... find forums that TELL u how to manually remove it... most removal tools are spyware/viruses themselves. Good luck!
