I think it is Non Veg. There are 2 reasons :
1. We consider an egg to be Non - Veg. just because it comes out of a hen .So Why not milk . It also comes from a buffalo.
.............
2.If you add sugar in the milk it becomes Non - Veg. If you are above 8th class you shall be knowing that sugar is Non Veg. . It's because it is formed by using ANIMAL CHARCOAL -- Animal Bones !!-- .

Milk is considered Dairy product. Vegetarians in India (Mainly religious Hindu vegetarian) do use it in their diet.
Vegan do not use it. But then they do not use even lather products for any thing.
PS:
In most cases. A caw has more milk then it's off spring can use or can drink on an open range, so it need to be milked on time or it will get pains of over production and it will stop producing the milk, this will deprive the cafe and cafe may die.
On dairy farm cafe are kept separate so that they can be bottle feed and can be given vaccines in their bottle milk and other medication to kept them healthy (free of deceases)in an enclosed(fence) area

It is veg - coz.... its not out of any killing of any life. It is as veg as the mothers milk. If it is non veg, then right from Kamdhenu's age, the people who had taken it are non-veg people.
It is non-veg - coz.... Maneka says so. That milk is nothing but another form of cow's blood.

some rituals are finished in keeping with reason based & some at the instant are not. This belongs to 2d class. My own opinion - following this actual ritual is of no experience - the two we could desire to consistently be in straight forward terms veg r thoroughly non-veg.

Milk is a animal by-product is contains a lot of animal fats and also animal proten . Yes it comes from cows sheep goats Buffalo and others but they eat grasses and grains in the main so allowing for nature putting bugs frogs Beatles and things in their food chain it must stand to reason that the animals eat a % of animals them selves so its a non vegetable product

dairy milk is linked to taking baby cows away from their mothers and the veal industry, which is very cruel to calves (keeps them in small pens and anemic)

soy milk is more in tune with vegetarian beliefs, very healthy...just takes some attunement to the taste (it is good, but different taste than dairy cow milk)...get vanilla or chocolate flavor...esp chocolate is hard to tell difference... kind of like drinking a candy bar. Krogers and other major groceries carry it now, so it is not out of the way to get it.
