my now ex boyfriend broke up with about a month ago. i just found out that he told his best friend that i hated him, i dont hate him and i had never said i did, im pretty sure his friend doesnt like me, why would my ex say that to his best friend?

Most likely he's coming up with reasons to tell others close to him about why the relationship ended in a way where he comes off as the good guy, or at least neutral enugh not to be the bad guy, as he was the one that ended it. Personally i highly doubt it has anything to do with the friend liking you or not, more to do with how your ex wants his friends to perceive him. My advice is to ignore anything he says. There's no point, it'll just consume your thoughts and waste your emotional energy and drag you down - you will never get any answers out of it, at least none that will satisfy you. Care for yourself, nurture yourself. Become strong and let him go. He is in your past, leave him in your memories where he belongs. Move forward. Reach for something you've always secretly wanted to do, or something that you couldn't do while in a relationship, and do it yourself for yourself...accomplishing this on your own will drop the blinkers from your eyes and you'll feel free in just being with yourself again and enjoying it. .. then you'll be able to look back on your memory of your ex and say that no..you don't care what random things he said to his mates to make himself feel better or less of the bad guy to make his time feel easier...he's not worth my thoughts and emotional energy, i'm saving that for me...then anything he's saying now or might in the future won't hurt you or make you question and doubt yourself. Hun, you did nothing wrong..he broke up with you...don't let stupid insignificant things he might say get to you..don't ever doubt or question yourself. You are worth more, go out there and live..then the guy who IS worthy of your thoughts and energy will find his way to you. All the best. Ciao.

he dont want you two talking ,,he must of told alot of lies to each of you and he dont want to be caught in the middle of all the lies he has told to ya all,,so if ya get the chance talk to his best friend and ask why he dont like you and you will find the truth
