In Windows Movie Maker, how can I turn the background white instead of the black default??

I just want to make a movie that shows a picture for about 20 minutes. The problem is the picture is smaller than the background, and the default black background it's ugly.

You can use another program to edit the picture to resize it to 320 x 240 pixels. Then import it into Movie Maker.
