I don't think he's ruining the reputation of Christianity. Many Christians oppose what he's doing. Just as we should not look to the Quran to understand why Al-Qaeda targetted the Twin Towers, we should not blame Christianity on the actions of Pres. Bush. I think it's important for the Bush's team to recover from the mess in Iraq and not leave it for the next Pres.

Don't agree that he is tainting anything. And I don't like Bible quotes anyway.
And just what would you have done? Can anyone actually believe that the world would have been better off today with Saddam still in power? Should we have waited to act like we did in WW II. And only after he invaded Saudi Arabia or Iran? And like we did in WW II make the war far more costly?
If we,( the US ) would have acted when the Japanese invaded China and when Hitler invaded Poland, the war would have been 1/3 of what it was. Far less of our man would have been killed. And why didn't we act when we needed to? Because of the same thing that is going on today in our country, Roosevelt could not act because of the pacifists in our country.
Should we have waited for the next terrorist attack and if we did would you now be blaming Bush for that and doing nothing? Of course that answer is, yes. Bush is in a damned if he does and damned if don't position, and everyone that reads this knows that to be true. Read the history of WW II and learn from it.
And if we leave Iraq now, just what will happen? You seem to have all the answers so why don't you enlighten us?
It is easy to sit back and be an armchair quarterback, but to have to actually make the decisions is a whole different thing.

Seems to me it's better to pray for strenght and wisdom rather than trying to force God to make Bush do what we think he should be doing. If I remember correctly there were several times when David did things the people didn't understand yet God led David to do what needed to be done. You and I don't know anyone elses heart so it's best we not judge what we do not know.

No.. I think we should pray tha Bush has the insight required.. and the best will of God.. to pray for Bush to renew his mind would be to impose our thoughts on him.. pray that God leads him to what is best for the American people.. that's all..

I think history will show that Bush was right about a lot of things. Too bad that those who bailed on him will not be remembered as having no guts.

You should pray for President Bush, that God's will be done; NOT YOURS.

Though I'm not Christian.... Praying is wasted on him, we should just impeach him already and be done with it. He's already done too much damage to this world.

One person does not speak for the majority.
The Christian bashers should make note of this fact.
