There will be no more war ever again. There will be no more racial prejudice and no hate ever again. There will be no more hunger or thirst ever again. There will be nothing but joy and peace for everyone always. There will be NO MORE RELIGION ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent question!
If Jesus was to coming back as a world leader of a country, we can vision either way but without any historic data, we can't come to a reasonable conclusion.
What we do know is that Jesus is going to separate humanity in his next coming. The faithful believers will be divided from the unbelievers. Revelation 14:6-20

He would change the heart of all people into a humble loving kindness, so that we would only be all living in peace and a better place to live only praising Jesus Christ as the Lord God almighty. For he wants to prosper our life.

a lot of people don't follow a Jesus in his way that's reason they are in pain and sickness, but everything will be change when Jesus Christ comes back and who believers him and follow him.

If he were a world leader, his teachings would so offend the religious right in the USA they would assassinate him. They would not allow the world to change that much.
