This is not meant to be a pro or anti religion question. I'm just curious to know what people mentioned in the Bible show up in other places. If possible, I would prefer people more significant that Rameses or Caesar. For example, are there hieroglyphs that mention Moses - that kind of thing.

This is one of my favourite Questions. The answer is "no" to most people. However the reason for this is that they do not know where to look. I could go into detail, (I have written several essays on the subject), but will not at this point. However I will say that so far I have found the Old Testement man named Joseph. (He was actually deified by the Egyptians after his death. There are only two men to be thus exulted by the Egyptians this way.)

I have not found the name Moses, but have video footage of the coral encrusted remains of pharoah's chariots and armour at the bottom of the Red Sea. In addition there is a parchment that describes the events of the Plagues of Egypt.

I also have footage of the place where the Israelites set up camp at the base of Mount Sinai. Included are the stones used to hold down the sides of the Tabernacle. These stones form a large rectangle the same size as area given in the Bible.

I have evidence that the story of the Queen of Sheba is true and that when she returned home she had a temple constructed that is based on the Temple of Solomon.

The Queen's son later raided Israel and carried away the Furnishings of the temple, and then displayed them in carvings on the wall of one of his temples.

Next I have evidence that King Ahab and Queen Jesebel actually existed and even wrote letters to other kings in the area.

Why is it that I have these documents and others do not? When the study of ancient archeology started about 250 years ago, times were set for the ancient world. They have not been revised. However those dates were wrong. Now it is like trying to find somebody like Bill Clinton in the year 1850.

I must admit to knowing very few. There are writing of a Jewish scholar named Gamaliel and the Catacombs of Rome. These are the only references I can give you.
