First, find a university in the country you want to visit (you might need to speak German to study in Switzerland).
Secondly, read about scholarships on the link below and find out if you qualify.
Third, make an application to the chosen university and get an offer letter - you need to pay some fees to get an unconditional offer letter so be sure you can pay.
Fourth, apply to the visa service at that country's embassy or consulate for a student visa. Find out all you can about the university, the course, the teaching methods, etc. because they ask you about this before they will grant a visa.
I also suggest you find out from your chosen country how many hours a week an international student can work because you will probably want to make some money while you study unless your family can support you.
Good luck with your career. Medicine is a noble profession and with a European medical degree you can work anywhere in the world.
