There could be many signs if he didnt want to be with you any more. Firstly, he shouldnt be so gutless and just tell you, pro-longing it will only cause you more pain. If he hasn't yet said anything, don't go looking for his 'signs' that he doesn't want to be you anymore, show more confidence than that and don't be so insecure. If his actions are upsetting you, hurting you or disrespecting you, then ask him what his problem is, tell him you don't appreciate the way he's been acting/treating you.

He will stop showing interest in you. That means stops talking or seems distant, evasive and doesn't seem to want to hang out with you, that sort of thing.
I think if you really want an answer to your question though you need to ask him straight up if he's lost interest and tell him that if he has then he needs to be a man about it and tell you because you're not going to be lead around by your nose while he summons the courage to end it or hope you'll do it for him.
