This is question directed at any experienced practitioner of magik that might visit these boards. 4 years ago I found myself captivated and even mesmerized by the exploits of the legendary Marvel villain Bullseye and since then, have found myself entertaining notions of wielding that lethal finesse.

As a matter of fact there are one or two...but they are of short duration and have to be renewed every few weeks. Also the componenets are expensive and hard to come by...it can be done...but it is a difficult process...even having someone cast the spell on your behalf (the untrained should not dabble in such things as the results are unpredictable and often disastrous) there are thing that you will have to do by way of preparation for these skills.
