kalimera = good morning. Used both when coming to and going away from a place.
kalispera = good afternoon. Used only when coming to a place or meeting someone in the evening or at night.
kalinihta = good night. Used only as a goodbye greeting in the evening or at night.
herete (e as in egg) = hello, used between 10:00 and 14:00
yassou = hello or goodbye (greeting to one person or a friend)
yassas = hello or goodbye (greeting to more persons or a more formal and polite way to greet an unknown person)
adio = goodbye
Yassou file mou .... = Hello my friend ..., an easy way to please a Greek friend of yours

Parakalo = Your Welcome

Milate germanika? = Do you speak German?

Filos / F ili = friend (male) / (female). Pay attention to the small difference from "kiss".

Hello - kalimera (good morning), kalispera (good afternoon, evening).
Goodbye - I can't remember but kalinikta is goodnight.
Thank you - efgharisto (gh is a soft form of the ch in Scottish loch, like Spanish g before e and i (in Gerona for example) and the emphasis is at the end, on o (which is not oh but as in log).
Yes - ne (believe it or not).
No - ochi (hard ch as in loch or Castilian Spanish j)
Dunno the others. Parakelo is please (emphasis on o again).
Pu? - Where?
Nero -water.
Doulios - work (d is soft th as in the)
Sega, sega - slowly, slow down, take it easy.
Andaxi - OK, no problem, don't worry about it.
