Sin is a disobedience to what the Lord has said. Disobedience is not obey the commands of God. Without a command there is nothing to obey and God gives such commands to humans not animals.

Disobedience is also doing what God commanded should not be done. Again animals are exempted from that.

The Bible only applies to humans I guess and not all of the things that "God" created. (laugh)
