It depends on the deal you are looking at with mortgage lenders

There are so many various deals available

Some lenders will offer you a free basic valuation report and free solicitors fees when you remortgage with them, while other will offer you a cashback on completion (normally to cover your solicitors costs if you are using your own solicitor)
Be careful when takinga a large cashback deal as the rate of interest is nornally higher

If you want more details of various deals please feel free to send me an email

Depends who you use to remortgage. If you use an independant i think this is possible but not if you go through a high st lender.
