When you perspire it is your bodys attempt to cool itself down. When you exercise your body temperature goes up and your blood warms up. The blood gets directed towards the surface of the skin, which is why you will often turn red when exercising. This is an attempt to cool down the blood as it circulates through your body. Perspiration is working the same way. It is trying to return your body to its normal temperature. It is not a reflection of metabolic rate. Everyone perspires different amounts.

If you're sweating because you're hot, maybe it's hot outside, your body is cooling itself down. If you're sweating while exercising, after 20 minutes you're burning fat and some calories too. Every time you move or walk you're burning calories, you burn them all day long. The more you move around the more calories are expended, the faster and longer you move the fat starts being used up as fuel. Hope this helps..........

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
