Smile and have a bit of a flirt or if you're not interested just say 'look, i'm flattered but i'm kind of here with someone'. If you're not there with someone politely tell them " thank you, but i'm not interested. Have you met my friend...?"

Depends whether or not I'm interested. If not, try to nicely discourage them. If so, talk & get to know them better. However, I've been told that I don't notice when I'm being hit on.

To be honest it would really depend on how attracted I am to her and how attractive she is. I'd like to think that I would take a moment to let my brain do the thinking and not let my libido takeover.
