It's not scripture. It's Benjamin Franklin's parable on brotherly love (1755). But I'm sure you knew that.

I think you need to read your Bible, or at least be familiar with it. All the names of people that you mentioned in your statement are in the Bible but the story/statement itself is not in the Bible.

Now if you are not the regular reader of the Bible you can easily be misled. That's how people assume the Bible says some stuff that it actually does not say. That is dangerous, it is accusing God of saying something that he clearly did not say.......... It is worldly known as deformation fo character. Mankind has erred greatly concerning this aspect.
