I believe almost all humans have filed greatly to believe God. They don't really believe him in his word, completely. So, I would mention unbelief as the main weakness if not failure among the human race. As a consequence, this leads to them failing to display the love they have for God.
The main commandment that God gave to man is to "love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your strength, with all your soul and him only shall you serve" , and humans have erred greatly concerning this aspect.

I will assume the commandments were written in order of human weaknesses.
The first commandment is the greatest weakness.

Their soft, warm flesh that breaks so easily...oh, i'm sorry. biblical. right. I would say it depends on the situation. A poor man's biggest weakness could be that he is inclined to steal food, so as to feed his starving family. Whereas another person may have more of a problem avoiding being disrespectful to his/her parents, as family life has been made difficult by divorce/arguments/etc. You could say that "self-control" is the biggest issue here.

I was going to say sex or chocolate until I saw the part about it having to do with biblical commandments. In which case, I'd say: Having a skeptical mind, critical thinking.
