Depends on how much of it you drink. The latest health news reports, suggest that one to three cups of coffee a day has beneficial affects. Tea and cola drinks also have caffeine, so use moderation and don't overload your system. Also consider the sugar and cream you use, as these calories are just extras. Best wishes

Rather depends on the quantity you're talking about. Moderate long term consumption of caffeine has been shown to have some health benefits. Immoderate consumption of practically anything except streamed broccoli has bad effects. America tends to go through fads of identifying almost all commonly consumed products ( fat sugar caffeine alcohol) as harmful , only to have a new study refute the answer a few years later. I've been having a morning cup of coffee for some 40 years now. Doesn't seem to have done me much harm.

Hi Ejoey, You will have a sleeping problem. You will be nerves a lot,and have some form of the shakes. It can effect your heart and kidneys. A safe about would be no more than 2 or 3 cups of caffeine a day. Hope this helps you. A Friend.

most common side effects are anxiety, sleeplessness, the gitters basically. there are forms of caffeine such as garana(hope I
spelled it right) that are said to have little or no side effects.

stunt in growth and heart problems......i have a heart murmur so my doctor advises me against cafeine
