I am a really boney person, I need to gain fat especially on my arms and shoulders. Please help?

well you need fat and you need to build some muscles.. exercising is the answer if you want more volume!! so just eat !! and do some weight training... enjoy a creamy full of chocolate and nuts desert... i need to loose some weight to get fit ...like 4 or 5 kgs.. do you mind if i send them to you!! i really wish i could! lol.. let's get started ... i do cardio, reduce fat and do some exercising to shape... start today!!! go to the gym and just eat more! good luck..

Easy, practic, and the smartest way!!
1- Eat macdonalds fast food everyday.
2- Don't drink too much water. (Water reduce fat)
3- Avoid cereals.
4- Lay in your bed or sofa for long hours a day.
5- Eat banana.
6- Milk shakes help too.
7- Cheese do wonders with your body.
8- Drink beer following with peanuts.
9- Watch tv, and keep doing "nothing"
10- Potato help you gain some extra pounds.
Well, drink at least 1 cup of milk a day, following with a little exercise, because if you keep eating trash food, you'll get a heart attack, or at least your face will become full of pimples.
Getting fat it's something, but suicide it's another story, try to get fat in the healthy way.

why would you want to gain fat? the fatter a person is the greater the risk for glucose metabolism disorders and many other diseases. how about adding some muscle in there? why go from boney to fat?...better of staying boney if fat is the goal

There are two swift ways. First, you could move to the planet Jupiter. But that might be expensive, for your budget, and perhaps a bit lonely.

The second way is to change your outlook.

There are so many corpulent souls who would give anything for your "problem."

If I were you, I would be thankful that you are slender, skinny and thin. You can eat whatever you want, anytime, and still look as though you have great self-control.

If you want to get fat, do not exercise. Sit on your couch all day and eat pizza/icecream. Remember that sitting is key, any extra movements should be avoided to reduce the amount of calories burned by moving around...

Or you can do the right thing and work out and eat.

Eat lots of pasta whi;e answering zillions of questions on here lol and perhaps use a couple of weights to strengthen your upper body...you could do that without having to move from the keyboard and not only will u have gained loads of points, you may have also gained some muscle! Ohhhh!!!!!

eating junk food (chips, etc..)... but If I were you... I'd try to bulk up without nessisarily getting fat...

you should:

Eat lots (breakfast, lunch, supper, snacks, etc..), things like meat & potato. Also eat lots of peanut butter (protien) and eggs for breakfast.

Join a gym- don't do cardio, just do weight lifting and weight training. also do push ups to strengthen your arms.
Drink protien shakes after each session.

(note: when weight training, only do weights every second day, the muscle needs 1 day to rip and 1 day to repair)

Eat more!
Your metabolism is very fast eating starchy foods such as pastas, rice, and noodles Ect…
You should not rush it because when you get older your metabolism will slow down and you will gain the weight.

I had a friend that I met when he was 13 years of age he was very Slim and he tried everything after he turned 30 he started to gain fast!

u need exercise on gym n weight lifting 4 building muscles on ur arms n shoulders,besides u need eating high calories food especially rich in protein like egg,meat n milk.rome is not built in one day,take time n patience.

There is not easy answer, but what you certainly dont want to do is eat unhealthy meals, because all you will do is put pressure on your heart and die early.
Probably protein 'shakes' available at health shops would be your safest bet, followed up with exercise to build your muscles...
