Hello,
(ANS) YES! I recommend you try:- Aloe Vera Juice its made from a naturally occuring plant and has been used for thousands of years for its excellent healing properties. You can purchase aloe vera juice from any good pharmacy or chemist. It comes as a cyrstal clear liquid which has a slight greenish yellowish tint.
Aloe Vera juice is excellent for digestive conditions and will take down the burning pain & help reduce cramping too. **Aloe Vera does have a strange taste though but I didnt find it unpleasant and my body found it very good.
Other treatments:-
**Milk of Magnesia
**Slippery Elm
**Milk or soya milk again these will help calm the digestion
**Peppermint Herb Tea or Spearmint Herb Tea also calming the digestion.
Hope that helps?
Best Regards Ivan

I have been plagued by stomach problems all my life. The thing I've found that helps with nausea is an over the counter syrup called "emetrol". It a combination of different sugars and you wouldn't think it would help, but it's highly affective. It's never failed me once. Read the directions carefully. For the stabbing pains, it could be that your stomach is going into spasms or you could be lactose-intolerant. For pain, I take Bentyl. It's an anti-spasmodic that relaxes the stomach and releases spasms, therefore stopping pain. I couldn't live without it! If you are lactose intolerant, there's an easy way to find out. Just add some lactaid to your foods and milk and see if that makes a difference. Try it for a week or two. If it doesn't help, lactose intolerance isn't your problem. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately it sounds like you need to tackle the cause of stress first - easier said than done I know! Otherwise ginger, mint, milk or banana is supposed to be good for upset tums. Try herbal teas or a nice 'nana for a snack. Good luck

How about learning some relaxation techniques. If you could manage your stress levels you may not experience the pain.
Also try herbal teas, my favourites are Camomile and limeflower and lemon and ginger.

Get a different job.
If stress is the cause, eliminate it to be rid of the symptoms.
