Okay my questions is the following.......
Having 1 shake a day.... and excersice for an hour.....
How much can i lose in 4months....... is 45pounds possible..
I know its VERY unhealthy, but i rlly need to b extrememly strict .. anyway stick to the question and answer it specifically..... I repeat, i know it isnt healthy, but im ready for the risks........

Yes for sure.... drinkin 1 shake for 4months, everyday, with excersice.. is gonna help u lose all the weight

Here's the look you'll get... you know those starving kids in Africa, where their bellies are huge? That's what you will look like. Seriously. Is that the look you want for yourself?

Also, if you lose weight too fast, your skin will hang on you. So, this is a really bad idea.

You can calculate how many calories you take in a day now by multiplying your weight in pounds by about 15. That's your total calories now. 3,500 calories is a pound. So, let's say you exercise by walking for one hour, that's a loss of about 300 calories. Let's say a shake is 200 calories. Let's say that normally you take in 2000 calories. So, sure, you could lose 45 pounds if you could keep it up, but in a few days you would be so weak you couldn't get out of bed, much less exercise. Your brain would become foggy from lack of protein. Your body would save fat and canibalize muscle in order to live. You would look and feel terrible.

Instead, you could lose about 34 pounds in four months by cutting calories to 1,200 - 1,500 a day and exercising. That would be great, and still healthy. Try www.weightwatchers.com for details.

on a diet like that you will lose just as much muscle as fat if not more. most likely at the end of your "diet" your body fat percentage will be higher than when you started even though your body weight on the scale has decreased.

starvation diets create yo-yo weight problems and only increase the body fat percentage in the long run. you can either loss the weight slowly the right way, the first time or practice unhealthy dieting practices and accomplish nothing over the course of several years.

Calculate how many calroies are in ur shake.
Calculate how many calories u'll be burning during ur exercise.
(Try to get some weight resistence into ur workout also because muscles burn more fat)
To lose about a pound a week u need to either burn 500 more calories with exercise or take in 500 less calroies a day. using this as a guideline and with the stats of how many calories u'll be taking in u should be able to work out how much weight u'll lose.

Well if you want to try a shake diet i know a proven shake diet that works. Called the velocity diet. Although i do not advocate going this route this is a very safe method of a shake based diet that gives you adequete calories meaning you wont get unhealthy and die from starvation.

you'll feel like **** everyday cause you need carbs for energy otherwise you'll be very impatient and unhappy all day. if thats all you eat your metabolism will slow down and you might gain weight eat oatmeal and protein drink for breakfast. bannana and milk a couple hours later. chix and broccoli a couple hours later. then a little whole wheat bread or rice an hour or so before you work out cause you need energy from that kind of carbs. then protein drink after workout. and mabe a lite snack before bed....sald w/ chicken only if you cant sllep without eating. otherwise its better not to eat right before bed

atkins will probably have better results than starving yourself (i started at about 175, and lost 5 lbs./week for the 1st 6 weeks -- and then i liberalized the diet). starving yourself will make your body think that there is no food available and hold on to every calarie w/ the intent on making you live as long as possible.

exercise...if it's the actual weight that you are worried about, watch the exercise (and definately low-resistance exercises only).
if it's the look, more exercise is better providing you don't injure yourself (remember that 5 lbs of muscle is quite a bit smaller than 5 lbs of fat -- so exercise may make you heavier, even though you may look much smaller/healthier).

somewhat of having a nutrition plan shake, how about you devour authentic nutrition it truly is nutritious on your body? i don't know for positive which nutrition plan shake you're planning on ingesting, yet I estimate that they are round one hundred - 2 hundred energy. devour end result or vegetables somewhat! they are very low calorie, very nutritious, and extremely filling. You NEED to have more than a shake. You'll get really hungry, and ur metabolism will be really slow.. (u want it to be fast). And because ur gonna be hungry, ur body will go into defence mechanism and think ur starving urself.. thus u wont lose anyweight as it will hold on to whatever its got. if u get me.

my advice.. sure have a shake, but have atleast 3 meals.. make them small.. just eat something.. preferably wholegrain/wholemeal stuff.. theyre low GI, and more vegetables.. less fruit.

Look girl im not an idiot ok I can use grammer and spelling really well! Let me tell u something if she wants to be aneroxic then let her its not like shes related to u anyways! By the Way iam typing fast thats why u ppl think i spelled morning wrong well im not spelling it wrong ok ! so please im not trying to start any fights with u or anything ok !
