i've been dieting and whenever i crave food or sugar i eat fruits. But i'm in love with nuts too, nuts like cashew nuts or peanuts.
Was wondering if i could add it as a snack to my diet with out adding weight.
THANK YOUUUUUUU

Peanuts aren't very healthy for you to eat alot of off.
But if you like Almonds than you can eat away at them!
Almonds are the healthiest nut you can eat!

Of course, if you factor in the calories. Nuts are great for us. It's the type of nut you choose that makes the difference. Stay away from salted peanuts and cashews. These two nuts are not very nutritious anyway. The best ones are RAW and UNSALTED almonds, pecans, walnuts, and macadamians. They are packed with nutrition. If you're used to eating greasy salted nuts, at first these aren't going to taste all that good to you. But keep eating them and soon you will appreciate their taste! Also, make sure you keep the amount to a handful and no more. Good luck with your diet.

Nuts are very healthy and make a great substitute for junk food snacks and eating a handful a day is good for u. But do not exceed a handful a day because they also contain a lot of fat but as long as u have some in moderation they are great for u and keep u from snacking on crisps etc.

I believe Cashew are fatty and peanuts are Ok, certain nuts are better then others. You would defeat the purpose if you eat to many.

No salt!
No Sweets!
You should only eat nuts that fit into the palm of your had
You should Not eat them at night.
Sugars take longer to brake down in your body and turns into fat

nuts are a good source of protein. vegetarians use them in different recipes along with lentils and such to simulate meat.

if you're into making your own granola, you can add a variety of nuts. i've also seen snacks with a mixture of nuts, coconut, dried fruit and even candy on occasion.

nuts are high in fiber, which is good. dont eat the skin of a cashew ever. it will kill you(no joke, look it up). a peanut is not a nut. neither is a cashew.

nuts and seeds are all natural so they are very healthy. just watch the servings as the calories add up quickly since they are also high in good fats.
