Explorer.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x07d0c33a" referenced memory at "0x0ab71000." The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program or Click on Cancel to debug the program. Neither solve the problem. I need step by step in plain english to slove this.

The Advanced Windows Care V2 Personal did not work.

And everything dumb answers because if it was that. My computer software would detect it and fix it for one I got a program call diskeeper.

Use the windows utility scandisk to scan your drive. The problem is most likely caused by bad hard disk sectors.

run the check disk utility with /x to correct errors in the memory sectors. or try opening ur video files in any other player other than windows media player.

also re install ur .dll files.

Explorer is one of the main subprograms that Windows uses. Try inserting your Windows CD into your computer and restarting. When prompted, try the "Repair" selection.
