Yes you would lose up to 7 pounds.

Celery and carrots are surprisingly negative calorie foods. This means that you burn more calories in digesting them than they actually supply for your body.

Not to say that this would be a healthy method, but it would definitely work well. You will be tired however, and possibly moody.

If you go ahead with the diet just make sure to lay down anytime you are feeling woozy. I have passed out before on fad diets and I was so glad that I was at home haha

Yes, possibly up to 7 or 8 pounds. But forget the celery, it doesn't have many nutrients. The carrots are fine, instead of the celery, maybe do steamed spinach. It's very low in calories but high in nutrition. Also, make sure you take a multi-vitamin that has the full daily recommended amounts of minerals in it as well. About half of the weight you will lose will probably be water weight so as soon as you eat normally again, you might gain it back. Also, I wouldn't exersise heavily if you're going to do this because you might feel faint. When exersising, you really need to maintain a healthy diet. Hope this helps.

If you want to do that, you should add some slices of cheese (for a bit of protien) and a piece of bread in the morning.
Also, add a few apples.

It might work for a week,
but dont try it any longer,
your body will go into "starvation mode" and it will adapt to the amount of calories you are consumming and not make you lose any weight

you will lose a good 5 lbs from water weight from the decreased carbohydrate intake. there would no no loss of body fat. the weight will return as soon as you consume carbohydrates regularly again.

the body is not so easily fooled into releasing fat stores. there is no easy way to lose body fat. starving the body is what creates the yo-yo dieting effect.
