I'm moving to a new house in two weeks and the walls in my living room are bright green. I cant paint the walls because I'm renting. Anyone got any ideas for decorating?? Colour co-ordination?

The ceiling is white and the floor is white tile. The room is very large already. I'll be renting it for the next 3 years from a good friend with bad taste in colour.

Looks like fabric is you're best option,
since you can't paint and obviously can't
wallpaper them...
You don't have to 'wrap' the whole room with fabrics,
but get large pieces, something with a low-key pattern
that has a tiny bit of the wall color in it to tie it all in
together...

My advice may be to spend slightly money on an indoors decorator. he or she ought to visually evaluate your decor for line and texture as nicely as colour and propose you on not basically what colour to color your headboard, however the fee of according to danger incorporating that colour someplace else into your palette. I actual have "rescued" extra desirable than one person who undertook a undertaking and made errors, some severe priced, that could have been prevented by potential of consulting a expert interior the start. you're able to desire to basically choose a pair of hours, so a sturdy source may be a layout college or a classmate it somewhat is powerful with colour. One sturdy element approximately your black and white palette is which you have many colours to decide on from. Pinks, blues, and vegetables are warm with black this season.

U poor thing... i feel for u...
I used to rent a flat with bright green
walls and I hated it so much...
I'd advice u to ask the owners if they could
PLEASE let u paint or paint it themselves,
and if they say "No way in hell" then get some
big pieces of nice looking fabrics and hang them
on the walls to cover as much (if not all) of that
hideous disaster!!!
Good Luck, dear!

If your walls are bright green, and you don't like them, paint them. Before you move out, you can paint them green again. Depending if you are staying for a while, choose the colors you like. Live in your home the way you like it to look. Like I said, you can always revert to the original color. Just wondering, who had this decorating awful idea?

if your going 2 be living in the place for 3 yrs and r paying rent then u have the right to live in a place that you like. Try asking ur friend that you'll paint the place but return it to the original color when u leave. If that don't work just tell him its OK you'll find another place and c if it doesn't change his mind. Of course if your not paying rent then you got nothing to say.

Well I guess that was until I was 10 years old.
