frozen vegetables are just as nutritious and in some cases more nutritious then fresh vegetables. they are picked at the height of ripeness and flash frozen to preserve the nutritional value.

Hi HUMAN, I don't defrost my frozen vegetables. I either steam them or boil them while they are still frozen. Yes they are go for you. I specially like the whole long green beans that are frozen. They have a great flavor. A Friend.

Yes. That's what I read somewhere. Canned vegetables are added sodium so you should avoid...but frozen vegetables are just frozen...nothing has been added.

They are better then canned.Canned have alot of salt.Most frozen veggies are frozen then same day they are picked.But if you use alot of water and cook to long you cook out the vitiams.(like with peas if the water is green) If you microwave them you need little water.

they could be completely useless but again they also mite have some content of nutrients in them....but ofcourse fresh vegetables are the best eaten raw or steamed...

Those are added with perservatives, just to make them last longer. But the nurtients are still there. They also taste very good! :)
