Good for you, in not calling him back. He's a tool who thinks you might sleep with him anyway because maybe you, like him, have not found a good enough replacement in the short week it's been since he notified you that the two of you didn't "click."

Could be a couple of things.
He though he was in with somebody else but its not come off so he's back to you or he thinks your an easy touch who he can just keep coming back to whenever he likes and you'll accept it..
Don't bother with him..!!

Praise GOD..you go girl..I never call back..i never look back.......don't call him....LIAR..pants on fire....I love men that say I'll call you and then you don't hear from them for like 2 months then they call and expect you to remember there voice...He he NOT.......Bye Bye ....most I say is..I don't have any idea who you are..they usually hang up..they are so not the ONLY one.....I love it....Last guy I went out with (once) was from India and I heard nothing from him for 4 weeks...and then he came back to U.S. and expected me to wait for him..I said are you joking ?..don't flatter yourself..you would have thought he was GOD. I just laughed on the phone.
