Well ice cubes are really just water..so it's like drinking water in a way =o

I think it could help. They say drinking cold water helps to lose weight because water naturally does.. and then the cold water makes your body have to warm up faster and speeds up your metabolism.. so I imagine ice cubes could do the same..

ok, please stop taking the advice of anorexics. The only reason they say this stupidity works is because anything you eat or drink that is cold requires your metabolism to work up. On the same token, eating warm foods make you FEEL full...therefore eating less. So yes you may burn more eating cold (and crack your teeth and turn blue in the process) but you will also feel hungrier so in the end, dont waste your time- eat smaller portions and hit the GYM- these are the only 2 things that work and everyone wants the damn shortcut. eating ice cubes helps to destroy your teeth because of the cold makes them brittle. don't do this action otherwise you will be sorry in the long one
