I think that it is very childish of you to want to punish your boyfriend. Talk to him about this it could have just been a one off.
Sit down open up and tell him how you feel.
If you humiliate or punish him your relationship wont ever be the same.
As he may feel that if he has a problem with any thing he wont tell you.
For it will always be in the back of his mind that you punished for something that may have been a joke.
So if you want this relationship to work don't even think about punishing or humiliating him.
If you really loved him you wouldn't be thinking like this at all.
So look at yourself first before you start judging him.

boys love to see us in pretty lingerie. Many like to run their hands over silky underthings or even cotton. It's only a short step from that to wearing it themselves, to seem close to us, although it's difficult and hard to understand how it could still be attractive if it's not "occupied" by a girl though? If you really love him then have a heart to heart talk withhim about it. Tell him it's too strange for you to accept. Get him to promise not to do it again, but if you don't love him, decide what it's like to be with him -in bed and out - then gently dump him (unless he's something really special) and tell him he should get help. There must be special doctors who can help such boys.

You should tell him leave my things alone.
If you upset with his behavior wearing a bra, tell him. If you caught him the second time, just dump him because there are plenty great gentlemen out there for you.

why punish him? Hes being spuntaniouse,and curious! theres nothing wrong with have fun do it together, doesn't always mean hes by or anything,he just seems OPEN minded and thats a good thing!
