It is very seldom that an offense is only made by one person in a disagreement. The problem is that "it takes two to make an argument", so when you feel convicted and go and ask forgiveness the other person does not want to forgive you because then he will feel guilty about his part of the offense. As long as he does not forgive, he can balance out his guilt with blame against you. The answer is to pray about it and for him, and wait for God to work in his life. Jesus forgives, but remember that forgiveness does not remove the consequences of the offense. There may be other reasons why he does not forgive also, such as if he still detects pride in you, or you may need to make some restitution.

It depends on what you did and how long you did it, also how long it took for you to apologize and what the circumstances were. Personally, I was kidnapped for three months when I was around the age of 14 by a crazy Egyptian. His brother posted bail and he has been on the run ever since. No, I can not forgive him, because he had no right to grab a child from the street near her home and hold her for any length of time. I tend to be a vengeful person, although towards my friends who have won my hearts I can look past things very very easily. But for those who are not my friends, no, I don't forgive them if they've done something that has completely crossed the limits. My clone, for example. It's been three months. This person is full of hatred. So no, I don't forgive hateful people. I see anything bad that comes at them as them getting what they deserve for the harm they've done to others. I can still act respectfully towards them, but no, I don't forgive, and I never forget. Once somebody has crossed that line, and that line is very hard to get to for 99% of people, there is just no chance of me ever thinking positively of that person in this lifetime. Very few have crossed that line, my ex husband included, and those are people who I would happily testify against in court, lock them up, and throw away the key somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic.

When your you request a pardon to somebody to that you have done an offense your are freeing itself of that person if it does not regret it's his own problem from there and up your you do not need to do nothing because not man can clear up the arrogance of the heart of the single man, only Jesus Christ but your no longer carry up any curse who that person directs against you or against your family

and if u apologize to the person. its done
its now between this person and God.
U r released of this, soemtimes we need to forgive ourself.
Jesus carried on the cross all our sins, and all our sins already has been judged in him. so if u r a believer in Jesus, u wont be judged.

That person has no right... the bible says "forgive and forget", that means forgive those who have forsaken you and give it (all your troubles, worry, hatred) to God. The only person who has to forgive you is God, and if you are right with him and you ask for forgiveness, you are forgiven. Give it to him, let it go. You have a good heart, otherwise it owuldn't bother you so much, but that is why we are so lucky to have a loving God, he'll carry your burdens for you. In Jesus Name.

Repent and your slate will be clean before the Lord Jesus Christ.
Don't worry about the other person, who has serious unforgiveness problems.

If Jesus is your savior then yes, you'll be forgiven. On judgment day, He will be there defending you too. People think the opposite of love is hate, it's not, it's fear.
