I do actually feel it when I'm even late. My neck stiffens hands shake and then the head aches. I also will tend to sleep walk if i miss a dose.
anymore thoughts or suggestions? All I want is to get off this stuff..

It's a benzo-if you miss a dose you don't experience side effects, just withdrawal-if you suddenly stop the med it can result in dangerous withdrawal like seizures. It is addictive, so don't adjust your dose without your doc's agreement.
