I would be most concerned that there were more than one pair of testicles that stuck to any of your legs.

It's natural and the reason they stick to your leg is because there is moister in your pants and the left leg is because you position them there. Some guys hang to the left or the right. Every male has one testicle longer then the other.

Wear underwear and take a shower.Stop sweating so much and purchase some talc. powder.Should solve the problem.Regrettably it won't stop you from having so much free time you need to ask silly questions.
