it does!!! it increases blood circulation in your scalp which increases nourishment to the roots.i give myself a quick massage everytime i condition my hair. but to also to help your hair grow you can use quality shampoos and conditioners that have enzyme therapy in them. enzymes break down nutrients and moisturizers into workable form. think of them as carrots you know how they are good for your eyes? well if your were to stick a carrot directly into your eye it wouldn't do any good. the only way is to eat it and have your bodies enzymes (saliva) break it down and deliver it through circulation to your eyes! well that's what the enzymes do in the shampoos and conditioner but the only brand that has it is alterna so go to there website and check it out

For optimum hair growth take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Use pure coconut oil to make hair shiny. ACV really works.

It does because it gets the blood circulating around the head. You should either massage ur head with ur hands and some oil (I tend to use baby oil as it does not smell and its gntle though there are lots of oils that are good for hair) or u can brush ur hair or use one of those hair massagers for about 15 minutes a day.

I'm not sure about that, but I heard in a magazine that if you stay upside down for a while everyday, your hair will grow faster.
